With a remarkable journey spanning over two decades, her heart-driven mission to transform lives through fitness, has helped executives, new moms, competitive athletes, and weekend warriors alike achieve their unique fitness goals.
Tanya’s passion now centers on empowering people over 50 to conquer their health and fitness aspirations using her one-of-a-kind sequential progressive approach. Her deeply held belief is that true fitness includes not only exercise but also a nourishing diet, an active lifestyle, and a positive outlook.
Tanya’s story is one of resilience and growth. Having triumphed over a challenging water-skiing accident and battled cancer, she’s not only deepened her compassion but also gained profound insights into the human body and spirit, wisdom she wholeheartedly imparts in her work.
Beyond her studio, Tanya extends her expertise to the masses. She was the dynamic host of “My Fitness RX,” a nationally syndicated healthy living TV series. Her insights have graced the airwaves of radio and television across Philadelphia, and she has contributed insightful articles to a women’s magazine. As a speaker, Tanya spreads her message of well-being, exercise, and an active lifestyle, inspiring audiences at organizations, businesses, and charity events.
